At Baby Eli, We work very hard to curate only the very best products for you and each product goes through a tenacious quality check before we dispatch. In case you received a defective product or you have changed your mind after placing the order, we are here to help you.

1.Return Policy:
Please find below the details of the policy, as applicable, for the products sold on Baby Eli:

Return Terms:
Please return your purchase in its original packaging with the tag on the product attached, with all the parts and freebies and with the original receipt.
Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Baby Eli shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
Once the original product(s) has been received at our Facility and the quality check has been carried out, either the exchange product will be shipped or the refund for the original product(s) will be processed, as applicable.
Please note that there may be certain products in the aforesaid table may or may not be available for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons, as otherwise mentioned against them above.

2. Refunds
Applicable refund will be provided in your respective Bank Account.
The fixed shipping charge, additional shipping charge and COD charges are not refundable in case of returns and cancellations.(Irrespective of the value of the order.)
From time to time, we may provide a free sample or gift along with our orders which are eligible for the offer. These samples/gifts will not be eligible for return/exchange/refund under any circumstances. In case of return, the free samples must be returned. Failure to do so will result in a charge being levied as per the discretion of Baby Eli against the refund value.
Refund will be initiated within 5 working days, once the product has been received in our warehouse and meets our returns standards, to the bank details provided to us.

3. Incorrect/ Damaged product:
Please ensure that you have a video of unboxing of product delivered to you, where the sealed packaged product delivered to you is clearly visible. This would be handy for you to claim wrong, damaged or short products received. No claim will be accepted if unboxing video is not provided while raising the claim for wrong, damaged or short product received.

4.Exchange:
In case of an exchange, the new product will be dispatched only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product.
Exchange product: Product(s) of the same value can be chosen, if the value is higher the difference amount has to be paid by you before dispatching (our team will assist you on the same). No credit note will be provided for the balance amount (if any)
Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order

If the product is not eligible for exchange after delivery due to any eligible reasons, such as the product is out of stock, the return pickup for the product is unavailable, or any other similar reason, you may return the product within the time period of return, after the delivery of the product.

5.Coupon code in case of return or exchange
Return:
If any or all of the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

Exchange:
However, in the case of an exchange, the exchange order will get the benefit of the same coupon code/offer that was used when the original order was placed.

6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order online, before the product(s) inside the order has been shipped. Applicable refund against the cancelled order will be credited to your Bank account provided to us, within 5 working days post cancellation. In case, even a single product of the order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
Scenarios when Cancellation Option will be Disabled
The product(s) inside the order has been shipped(even if partial order is shipped.)
The payment status is not confirmed
Order contains product(s) such as Gift Certificate or Guaranteed Savings Offer
Order has already been cancelled
Order containing products from the Final Sale/Flash sale.

Steps to process cancellation/returns/exchange:
– Log into your Baby Eli account and go to Order Details page under “My Account”.
– Identify the order you wish to cancel/return/exchange and click on corresponding “Cancel Order” link.
– Indicate the reason for cancellation and confirm the cancellation
– Once your cancellation/return/exchange request is submitted, it will be processed in the quickest time possible. You can check the status of your request under {My Accounts > Order History > – Order Details} section. Refund related details will be available under {My Accounts} section.
– After submission of the request, a mail with the final status of the request will be sent to your Shipping Email Address.
